Today, after 2 weeks in Norway north of the Arctic Circle, I came home to see a few boxes wiating on my doorstop. One of them contaned my temporary new suspension, KW Variant 3 coilovers. After waiting over 5 weeks for them they finally arrived and are going to be installed this Monday by STaSIS Engineering (yes, the racing team). They are going to install the suspension, and even dyno it for optimum results. The KW Variant 3s will onlyu be on the car until STaSIS comes out with its MotorSport (the top of the line STaSIS suspension) TT suspension comes out. Why? Because I want to do a full STaSIS set-up, that means brakes suspension, and, I think I am going to get a sponsorship from them too. So.... If anyone wants some really nice great coilvers, you will be able to get some used KW Variant 3 for a really good price!! (contact me if you are interested, bimmerm3@mac.com) I had to wait for the KW Variant 3s for so long because they custom make the V 3s for each order. They also have Variant 1s and 2s. (www.kwsuspensions.com)
Also, I got a set of red Samco Turbo hoses from TTStuff. I am planning to install them this weekend, but not tonight, because a knowledgable board member has advised against cramming it in in such a short time. Will I have to take the whole front piece off too? Does anyone know if these samco turbo hoses will fit on a O.CT turbo?
Ah yes, the Valentine One. I have one on the M3, which is great! It is about time to get one on the TT! I am going to have a friend of mine (a real car electric wizard) do the install. I has a stealth display that I would like to have installed so it is hard to tell that is an aftermarket part. You dont want a poliece officer to see it if they pull you over...Then your toast!
TT Stuff also sent me the K-Mac full camber kit a while ago, I hope I have all of the parts because it came in an opened box and package! What is that goo stuff??
And for the pictures, as you will see there is a go kart in there.. Thats my toy. That thing is fun!!! I just put magnesium wheels (the first go kart like it to ever do this) and Bridgestone Racing slicks on. It is getting pretty crazy. My next mod to will be a TTSchwing and Roach photo mock-up twin caliper hydraulic brake kit. mmmmm mods. the cold air intake on there is one that I have made (and am selling) you can find out more about the air intake and the go kart at http://www.experiencesound.com/veet
check it out...
Now for the pics... I know!!! The car is WAY too dirty... But I have been out of town.....

he was sitting across the aisle from me on the air plane from London to San Francisco. He is going to Laguna Seca. Got him to sign my "Top Gear" Car mag right on the hood of a yellow Lamborghini.. Really nice guy..
