Default Looks great Steve. No need for CF. When it arrives...>>

I will send the prototype straight away and It can be placed in the BAMM HOF. (that's Hall of Fame. HeHe...)

I've enjoyed working on this project and hope to work on many more.

Default I will....This is the FIRST time I've done any turning on a lathe...

I also have some HSS tooling which should result in a better finish. This was done with Carbide..

Default you can still use a carbine bit...just angle it with the correct chamfer...

that's what i'm thinking.

Default I know....I did that on the one end...>>

I only messed with this for a little while today. HSS gets a better finish on Aluminum than carbide for the long cuts. Gonna try that tomorrow..

Default looks great Steve! You can be the Jessie James of the TT World...>>>>

I have a 180 and I know you've done allot of testing, but what performance gains have you seen through all this?

Default Smoother power. Not so much HP increase as there is...>>

better breating. Turbo spools easier and power remains strong past 4000 rpms. I noticed the boost remaining at 18psi past 5000 where before it would start to drop around 4300.

Stock shows the car running lean (+5.5) and with the TTDA and **** it's slightly rich at -1.6. Optimal is 0.

The stage III (TTDA, Boost Machine, Lil' ****) really complements the 180.
