Default More 16795 Seconary Air Pump Help

Hi all, well I had the cel code thrown about a month ago after cold starts so after rebuilding my secondary air pump which was indeed leaking and had a few broken rivets i thought the problem would be solved, but after a couple days the cel is back, so now im trying to find the relay to see what condition it is in, but i don't know where it is! i found a diagram that shows it is in the W-Box but I have no idea where that is any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Default If the rivets were broken then the pump(fan) could be hooped. Through bolts are not %100.

I'd try and put 12v directly to the pump connector and see what it sounds like.

Default I can hear the pump on cold starts

I still hear the jet sound but no shrieking like i use to hear before i changed the rivets with bolts.

I did not remove the pump when i changed the bolts i just rotated it in place and removed the rivets, is it possible to actually open it and look inside of it?

I tried to separate it while it was still in, but even with all the rivets off it would come apart easily so i didn't see inside.

Default If you fixed or replaced the pump - its the soleniod - N112 valve that's bad and it's

not opening. Just went through this. It's probably why the pump failed in the first place.

Default your block 32 readings look good...

They should be +/- 10%... but won't actually throw a CEL until they approach something like +/-25%.
