Default More anti-HBL, Tyson's Corner, VA: I just finished reading about 100 anti-HBL comments in the forum

My 15k service at HBL included replacing the symphony head unit to fix interment problems. Car was ready 3 days late with a 5-inch deep scratch on front fender, scratched wood trim above and below head unit, and a 3-inch cut on the armrest padding under the leather. They must of used a crowbar to remove the head unit!

Sad part is I have to go back to HBL to get the above fixed. But I have an appointment with the service manager and I am trying to get an appointment with the General Manager. I plan to explain my complete dissatisfaction and provide them a print out of every anti-HBL posting I can find on the web.

Heishman - here I come!

Default I use Heishman's service in Arlington, it takes me 45 min to drive there, but worth it,

they are great. For my 5k service they put in Mobil 1, and recoded my remote for auto windows and lock at not extra cost.
