Default Boy, I must have touched a raw nerve when I made my comment about the brake fluid reservoir...

FWIW I thought my comment was helpful. A number of people in the NorCalAudiClub have Alcon 6-pot: they all had to modify their reservoirs to handle the increased volume of fluid needed to work 6 pistons.

Clearly the Alcon pistons have more volume than the Wilwoods...and no, it's not sour grapes. I thoroughly researched big brakes. I had AP Racing (like Larry's) for a long time, then switched to StopTechs. I do NOT regret my purchase.

Default Some info on Wilwoods . . . .

Tons of Pantera folks use them (I think the nascar caliper . . .)

Most of the Pantera vendors offer the kit.

My Pantera has Brembo fr. Wilwood rears - been on the car about 2 or three years.

I've not heard of any issues concerning these brakes/kits.

Default LOL.. He doesn't know you from anyone... You were just questioning.

the 6 piston experience others have had and that's cool. Heck, I wanted to know the deal too !

I also wanted info about yearly rebuilds. We're all family here... Just sharing information.
