Default MT-90 or MTL for our tranny... I need to smooth out the shifting a little bit

Going in for service ASAP for 40K miles, new keys, tranny notchy'ness, short shifter install, and to show off my new headlights and chip. I am wondering what tranny oil I need to get MT-90 or MTL. Thanks folks
