I asked and they said no...
apparently they claim that a special machine from the factory glued the rear glass to the top.
I have a feeling it can be done but seems like a lot of work.

sorry that sucks, which is why whenever i bring my car in...
i always do a thorough walk around with the service manager to prove there is nothing wrong with my car at all... this way they can pay for any damage... so far so good.

I think the top is actually only $1500...I guess the rest is labor.
The first was the one that came on the car.
The second was a replacement for when the idiot dealership broke the window while trying to adjust the top.
The 3rd replaced the one that the idiot tint shop broke the defroster on.
