My new MTM ECU T-box
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/mtmecutbox.jpg"></center><p>Just received it from the Fed Ex guy. Can't wait to pop it in and take off. The only sign that it is a MTM chip is a little sticker on the back end. The weirdest thing I noticed on the ECU is that the production date is the same as my TTR.

All that is important is that the box is 'T' and MTM Generation II sticker is on it...
let me know what you think. Just in case you had not heard to do this...after you install ECU turn on ignition to indicators lights only and let sit for couple minutes prior to cranking engine over...setting the throttle body.

Thanks Michael for the info, I could have screwed it up by just taking off like crazy.
I purchased the chip from Joe Hoppen motorsports and they located the ECU and programed it. The only sticker on it says MTM discretely. Should I be concerned that it isn't a Gen 2?
