On my second week with baby - first time poster
OK, so i have been trying to read EVERYTHING so I don't sound totally stupid when I post.
I have a ton of questions but will sneak them in slowly. First I have to tell you how much many of you will hate me. I now realize how lucky I am...
I wanted a tt when they first came out but wanted to wait until I saw one. Then I found out there was going to be a roadster - had to wait.
Then I found out there was a 225 - had to wait.
Then I found out there is a 6 mo waiting list.. crap.
So a couple of weekends ago I go to the dealer and say, ok, fine, I'll take one but I want green/green with everything except nav...is there anyway I can finance the 5k down? no.
On a lark, I was surfing my credit union website that night to see if they can do it.
They have a page where you say what you are looking for. I type in the car, color, options... 1 day later I got an email from University (seattle) audi saying "I have the exact car you are looking for sitting right here - someone who pre-ordered cancelled".
1 day later I had it in my driveway.. this is sooooo coool.

I had to wait a bit but I love to hear stories of instant gratification
I guess you can still say you had instant gratification considering your waiting was self-inflicted in my mind.

How often do you guys make it East
I'm in Spokane and there's not much TT activity over here. Would love a chance to take it out with a group of fellow owners. Do you guys ever take trips East? If so, let me know, I'd be willing to drive a bit to meet up.
