There was a bad batch....My old fronts and current rears are fine..

Default I've had Mintex Reds front and rear for 25K miles and they've been great...

have never ever squeaked and stop well....

Maybe, but I got these from ECS--I would think they turn their inventory pretty often.

most euro shops don't keep much on the shelves

Default Axxis Metal Masters aren't any better and perhaps worse.

Mine actually melted to the rotor (smeared pad material) and delaminated from the pad backing. The rotors had to be replaced and new stock pads were installed (no other pads available for the 3.2 caliper).
