They've known about this issue for a LONG time. I was refunded the cost of the mintex pads but still had to shell out $$ and money to track down and fix the problem.
I know a lot of people have had zero problems with the minex pads, but I say steer clear. There are plenty of other options.

but I also had to pay an extra $44 to have the replacements overnighted and an extra hour of labor ($80) for the shop to swap them.
Sort of cuts into the savings of having an independant shop do the work.
