Default MY2000 with 35K miles, should I replace my timing belt?

Since the car is getting old, my local dealer advised me to think about replacing the timing belt (and all the little things that go with it, water pump, tensioner, etc.)

What do you guys think?

Default no doubt...TB may be related to aging belt, water pump, etc.

i changed mine at 34K and my water pump impellers were just about gone. most of it was cracked...some pieces missing.

Default Tensioner loses pressure, esp. the early ones

result is a real KABOOM, even though the belt was intact (just before the tensioner lost it).
