N112 is what I damaged, not the N249. Repair did not work, so looking for other ideas

Default John...already ordered the replacement part (OEM). Got it for what I thought was a good price.

Don't care if a part is $7.50 or $750, I will ALWAYS try to get a better price.

Default TTALMS- Thanks, forgot about Shokan. LOL, they wanted $85 for a USED part. World Impex came through

with a good price (settled for the "H" vice the "J").

Thanks for reminding me about Shokan though.

We've got a "Pick-N-Pay" junk yard near Oceana. They've got a few Audis and VWs...will go check it out.
