N75 number

just bought an ecs N75 off ebay.
i just want to make sure i got the real thing and not a re-packaged stock one. (im paranoid ;P)
on the N75 it self there is a number (not an audi part number): 034906283H
can any one verify that?

if it's brown, it's the ecs spike valve you ordered. if it's black, it's a stock valve. ;-)

The H valve is the "Race" valve or spike valve as some like to call it.

the J valve is also brown...H doesn't spike on my car. :)

I've the n75's - F, H and J. I personally like the H the best. F is the least smooth and is more "spikey" as compared the H. The J is th smoothest - allow for NO spiking what so ever. However, the J seems to reduce my boost a tad. Since I'm a boost junky, I leave the H in.
