Hi All I was inspecting my hoses for my secondary air sensor issue and found one that looks kind of cracked, its kind of a hard plastic hose behind the intakes(?) any ideas what it is? Thanks

You could, but not recommended. Once you are in there you might as well do it all.

Default The hose you have circled isn't available as a seperate piece

On the pic, the part that I have labeled 133-789 isn't just the hose you need, it's that whole subassembly. That's of course the most expensive part of the entire PCV circuit.
