Nav Install?

Has anyone ever successfully installed the OEM Nav Unit into a 180TTR?
I know that a kit doesn't exist, but I'm just wondering how hard it would be, and what parts would be needed, etc.
I know that this has been discussed before, but can't remember the outcome.
I also tried searching the board, but "Nav" and "Navigation" are very commonly used terms (especially in sig files) so hundreds of threads are found that have nothing to do with the system itself.
I'd really rather not go with anything currently available in the aftermarket.
Thanks,
-M

I've researched retrofitting my 225TTR with the original nav. A friend of mine owns an Audi garage and he looked in to it for me what parts I need how to do it myself and what the costs would be. In parts only about $10,300. So think before you start. I've also looked in to getting a nav out of a salvaged audi (TT or A4) but no luck in finding one yet.
Best alternative if you really want a nav is to fit it with a new headunit or just a simple travelpilot (or handheld).
Good luck...
