Need advice on TT Turbo trouble.

Need advice on TT Turbo trouble.
Need some pros insight. I have a TT 1.8t with the following mods and issue:
TAP Stage 3 Chip
Nuespeed Cat Back SS Exhaust
Nuespeed P-Flo Intake
Nuespeed Short Shift
Nuespeed Top Stabilizer Bar
Nuespeed Hi Flow Turbo Intake Tube
ADP Hi Flow Lower Intercooler Tube
Tectonics Tuning 3? Hi Flow Down Pipe & Cat
ECS Tuning N75 valve (only used occasionally)
Forge Turbo DV (red level spring)
Mach V Custom 5 Bar Fuel Pressure Reg.
18x8 AT Wheels w/Pole Position SO3 tires.
My Problem. I just took the chip to stage 3, and the car was running great. We took it to the track for a couple laps and kept the rpms under 6 and the temp was fine. After a couple of runs, I notices a loss in power and turbo making a much louder whine, like the waste gate was stuck wide open. Also the blow off valve was kicking in way to early now around 3k on accelaration. I figured the car had hit a saftey mark and went into limp mode, but no Check Engine Light. After my drive home, I finally got the CIL. On my OBD2 is #1172 (Throttle Activation Pot Sign 2 Signal Low) The turbo is spinning, the temp seems OK, there is no bad grinding sound that I can tell. Just much louder whine. YOUR THOUGHT?
Do I have a turbo who's bearings are checking out? Is the waste gate stuck? A blown N75(stock version was on) Could I have popped a tube on my lower intercool intake? Or should I look at other tubes? I just checked my DV R to see if it had melted inside, and all seems OK.
Thanks so much to all who can help me.
Sincerely,
Jim

Re: Need advice on TT Turbo trouble.
I will check it out. I do hear the value opening, but it's way premature. I'm thinking I may have blown a boost hose of the intercooler intake.... I'm getting CIL Code #1172 which says the throttle isnt' getting the correct signal. If there's no preassure there, that could be it.
Thanks for the lead. I will check it out.

Re: Need advice on TT Turbo trouble.
PROBLEM SOLVED.
Upon investigation, the bottom tube leading to the N75 valve had blown apart. Upon replacing the tube, all returned to normal.
Thanks everyone for your help.
