Today I spent a few hours trying to repair my scratched wheel (in addition to 7 hours of washing and Zaino). It was much more work than I expected and it didn't come out as good as I wanted. First of all, contrary to what the FAQ says Silver 3230 does not really match the TT wheels all that well. On the positive side, Langka is _amazing_ stuff.

I thought about replacing my scratched wheel in addition to the wheel my roommate "bent" but then I realized that the cost of replacing two wheels would likely be more then getting 4 new wheels. And due to their convex shape I'd probably just scratch them again. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about buying wheels. I've been searching on sites like Tirerack and prices seem to vary pretty widely. Also, there is never any info about wheel weight.

Anyone have any suggestions of where I could go?
I'm just looking for a simple look, nothing fancy, maybe something similar to default wheels. Also I want something relatively cheap (100-175 per wheel for 16" for winter). I've seen Isloman's Zender Monza Elegance's and really liked them, but I have no idea where I could find them. I appreciate any suggestions.<p>Aviator Gray 2000 180TTQC

Suggest you get the wheel professionally repaired (Wheel Worx is one option.)
