Need Help! Door remote stopped working.........

Need Help! Door remote stopped working.........
I replaced both batteries in the two remotes...still didn't work.....so I reprogrammed, according to the manual, the remotes and they still didn't work. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? Please help. Thanks for your input.

I got the same problem going on with one remote.
I looked at the VAG-COM and it says I exceeded the keys adaptation limit. SO I reset it and we'll see later on if that works once I get a new battery for it.

Dunno about the alarm reset, but think it's likely to be the same.

Mine works but only from like 2 feet away, anyone else have any issues with this.. isn't normal range for remotes like 30-50 feet.. and yes i changed the batteries twice.
