Hi all...

Sometimes when driving my car or sitting idle at a light or starting my car in the morning. I get an erratic Idle like the car is going to stall, 0-10,000 RPM real fast, alog with the ECT light and Check Engine Light Flashing Really Really Fast... This happens at least 2-3 times daily, both while driving or sitting still. If im driving I can only coast and wait till it stops in order to accelarate..

I have had a GIAC chip in the car for over a year now. No other mods are done to the car.

Have you swapped out the GIAC chip and put the stock one back in for any reason since you have had the car?

No I sent out the original computer to be programmed. So I have no original chip.

They should have provided you with you stock cip. GIAC chips have a socket that is solder on to the boar. It allows you to put you stock chip back in if you so choose.

I could be a bad solder joint on the socket, you might want to send it back to where you bought it from to have them resolder it.
