Default Need help from those in the SF Bay Area >>>

I've been having an issue with my 2002 225 since day one. I believe it is a bad DV, but I want to make sure before it goes back to the dealer (Andersen-Behel). It has the tell-tale honking/resonance at 3000 rpm and there is a power drop off sometimes at 3500 rpm. Even though it is a 2002 and should have a version N DV, my car had a build date of around 10/01. So maybe it didn't get the newest version ... dunno. What I'm asking is for someone to take me for a ride in their stock (no Forge DV) 225 specifically to see if this issue exists. If someone else has one with a aftermarket DV, I'd like to see the difference. If I can't get A-B to fix this I might have to go and get an aftermarket DV to see if that is really the issue.

Thanks.

Default Those are the tell-tale signs of a bad DV. Look to see what version you have before you go to the

other trouble tracking down another TT owner.

Short of removing the DV, how can I read the part # ... it doesn't seem to be visible.
