There are 2 hoses that come off of this pipe and the larger one goes to the hot side of the DV. Where does the smaller hose go?

I have a pipefitter that does beautiful work in stainless and I am thinking about replacing this rear pipe and my two upper Samco intercooler hoses with stainless pipe. I plan to relocate my DV when I do this, which will eliminate the need for the larger hose from the turbo exit pipe, so I am wondering about the smaller hose.

I would like to make the turbo exit hose and the connecting Samco hose all one long pipe. I just worry about full deburring.

I would go out and look at my car, but it's not with me today.

Forgive my ignorance on this, none of my technical info is with me at work and I am talking with the fabricator.

What specifically does this line do? Which way is air moving in this line?

Is there another place to tap into for this line?

Anywhere along the pressurized tract prior to the throttle body oughta work John
