Default need tire recommendations... summer tires, 235 40 18

I'm running the S03's right now, and they are good but a bit noisy and haven't lasted all that long (15k). I'd like a longer lasting, quieter tire. Any suggestions?

Default I'm running Toyo T1-S...

the sidewalls are soft and they are quiet. I haven't had them on for long but they supposedly wear pretty well.

The Goodyear GS-D3 F1's are great all around.. especially in the wet.

Default I went from S03s to Goodyear F1 GSD3s...

and I've been mostly happy with the switch. The F1s do have a different feel to the S03s, turn in response is not as quick. The tradeoff is a quieter tire and a better ride. Absolute grip with both is about the same. I'm in the PacNW so I do lots of driving in the rain and really with either tire you barely have to change your driving style when it's wet. I will likely get another set of the F1s when these wear out, I'll probably never buy another set of the S03s.

Default thanks for sharing that...

I've been a die hard fan of S03's performance.
The wear on them drove me nuts, I could never get past the 10K mark.

Toyo- T1s are pretty nice as well but don't handle cornering as well as the S-03's.

All around not bad. I'm looking for something superior to the S03's and based on a lot of feedback I've seen here (including yours) I think my next set will be the F-1's especially since the T1S is now discontinued.

Thanks
