Default Negotiable residual amount?

SO I'm looking at a lease, and I'd like to know if anyone has been able to negociate a higher residual value for the car (thus making the lease cheaper) due to the car sustaining it's value so well so far? I've been quoted 64% residual amount for a 36 month lease. Anyone do better?

Default Dealer telling me TT near 70% 3 year residual ... said Roadsters higher residual than coupes.

I think the Roadster crack was because he had a ton (4 225ttr) of roadsters coming into the dealership in the next few weeks.

They are all still sitting there... Guess next time he'll order a coupe or two.<p>Chris
