Default Neither window will come down...

Also, the windows do not come slightly down or go up when I open/close the doors.

I checked the owner's manual and this is the only electrical item that is not protected by a fuse.

Any suggesstion or can you point me towards a message that explains what I can try?

Thanks.

Default I have one window (drivers side) that will not go back up.

I have to use the key in the door to raise it. So far no solution has been found.

Default does it only go up half way? or not at all?

Try closing the window from the outside by holding the key the door in the lock position for a few seconds.
