IM STUCK! (225 HP) I have a GIAC chip coming on the way and a Bailey DV. For my next mod, I would like to take out the stock airbox and replace it with either the P-Flo or modshack. Which would you say, and Why? As for you steve, you are practically a God on here and i mean no disrepect whatsoever, I just heard a lot of different things and would like to know what you experts think... Thanks a lot

The neuspeed p-flow has a high flow filter, which is good, but it has virtually NO insulation to keep the heat out.
During TT-East 2005, I was with Steve when he was taking out a P-Flow from 1MeanTT's car and installing a TTDA. 1MeanTT had just gotten done driving his car, and the P-flow filter element was boiling hot. So, just think of how much performance you are losing due to heat.
The modshack products provide good flow and good insulation to help keep the heat out. They are durable and well constructed.
That's all I've got to say about that.

the VTDA.....It provides great flow and an awfully good sound on acceleration and a nice "whoosh" when coming off boost.

and maybe only 2hp between the two, so you may want to go with the appearance you want. The Modshack comes in so many custom colors, totally unique, hard to pass up, IMO. Although as said before the heat factor may be a plus for the Modshack in warmer summer weather.

Steve (ModShack) will, over time, save you enough money to pay for the VTDA with all his free advice provided on this forum! :-)
