Default Neuspeed rear sway bar...

anyone with experience replacing only the rear sway bar to Neuspeed, and keeping the rest of the suspension stock??

I thought Steve tried this set up?

Default From what I've heard...

It works great on a quattro. But I suggest modding the whole suspension up. You have no idea what your missing!

Default This is a great step, highly recommend, and you can >

change out the rest of the suspension later, since one mod will a junkie make!

Default Yup! Very first thing I did on the car...>>

You'll like the change, but you'll want the rest (springs/shocks) before too long!

Default Did this + dog bone ... nice setup for the $$.

Next step is to replace the shocks because they're probably trashed by now anyways and when you do this, you might as well do the springs as your halfway there on the labor.

Default I wouldn't ...

...install the Neuspeed swaybar alone. I found it dangerously tail happy.

I had coilovers on the car with the Neuspeed swaybar, and it was fabulous.

I took the coilovers off and put stock shocks and springs back but left the Neuspeed swaybar on. Dangerouly tail happy.

Removed Neuspeed swaybar and replaced with stock swaybar and car was more neutral again.

Of course, I was de-modding and most of you don't go through the same steps...

Default Alignment check aisle 5.....>

Definitely NOT my experience either with stock springs/shocks, stock springs/Bilstein shocks, or with Eibach/Bilsteins...
