Default New Battery

I'm consideringt having my TT battery replaced at Sears. Are there any sensors or concerns related to a battery change on a TT? Any concerns with buying a battery from Sears?

Thanks!!

I would suggest Sams Club. They sell RedTops and I think its free to change or costs very little.

Default Depends on your battery holder

Unfortunately Audi used several different style holders since they started production. While the battery size reamined the same, some holders require the battery to have notches in the bottom of the battery at unusual places. When I replaced mine, I had to do considerable filing on the bottom of the battery to get the notches to match the holder. Others on this board who bought the identical battery merely dropped it in with no need for mods. Unfortunately the only way to tell is to remove the battery, as the holders often changed during model year production.
