Default New European TT owners, what date did dealer originally promise & what date did you get it?...

...as you can see below I'm getting close to the promised land but expect a delay like all TT owners(dealer says that Audi is still having significant delays due to the recall).

I'd be eternally grateful for some feedback so that I can get a prescription for the correct number of beta blockers.

I realise that no two deals are ever the same and Audi's distribution methods probably cannot be regarded as fair but it'll at least give me an idea of whether we are talking days, weeks, months or years.

I'm importing the car from Holland into the UK.

I ordered my TT on the 4th of April 2000. The dealer said it would be delivered end of June.(+/- 3 months )

On the 9th of june the car was already there.

Belgium TT Roadster 1.8 owner.

Thanks for that Steven, from the responses it looks like you're the only TT owner in Europe!

Also bought mine ex NL - they promised 2 months to arrive and a week to prep; were right on the money, but car was missing some of the options I wanted so re-signed and dealership bought the original. Same estimate on delivery, 2- 2.5 months.
Mike.

So, in effect, they gave you a random car - I think you're a patient guy
