Default New n75 installed and im getting sparatic boost lose...

Feels like its going into limp mode but no DTC found and Vagcom reads 23 mbar at intercooler. Also Vagcom N75 reading was always 0.0%

Default maybe you forgot to hook up a hose or...

possibly, when you were taking the older one out, you may have inadvertently tore the hose to the turbo inlet hose...

check all your hoses again...and if you think its the N75, swap out the stock one and see what happens. you'll have to backtrack.

Default N75 should not read 0% duty...>>

If you do an acceleration run in 3rd or 4th, it should start at 98% or so and taper to the 65-70% range.

Could be

1) Bad N75
2) Bad N75 connection

Unplug it and see how it runs. You'll only develop 7 psi or so and will get a DTC. Plug back in and see if there is a difference.

Oh, and check your hoses. Make sure they're back on the same barbs as the original.

Default max duty cycle depends on the programming...APR is upper 90's%, while MTM is only 90%

GIAC's older Xchip was about 95%.

Sounds like his N75 is disconnected or a hose slipped if it's reading 0%.

Default You're may not have connected the hose properly, esp the one going to the turbo...

long tube goes into the intake, shorter tube to the turbo, lower tube goes post turbo.

Default uhook the tube to the short end, and you'll get 100% too :) I tried it a few times...sounds very

different and you can tell the turbo is maxing out.

Default Could be why..>>

Stage 3's have that banshee shriek!
I can use my relief valve to vary onset...Basically the same concept but releases to the regulator and N75 at whatever level you set. Reduces wastegate creep too....

You're not really selling the car are you Gary?

Default My car runs worse with the H valve in. Put the stock valve in, runs great.

From what I've heard, it doesn't work well for everybody (me included) I cut my losses.
