A new one for me: key remote couldn't activate lock/unlock
Thought I had a dead remote battery, but I checked by manually locking/arming with key in the door, checked again with lock/unlock on remote and all was fine again. Another quirk to go with the occasional window hickup.

May want to check your grounds. I had similar issues; key would not hold programming, and passenger side window would kick down nearly every time it was parked for a little while - and found a bad ground from the battery - tightened it and haven't had the problem since. That was nearly six months ago.
