New tires put on; old tires available...
On Saturday I had four BF Goodrich 225/45x18 KDW-2 tires installed on my TT. I am pleased to be away from plus one, and I am sure I will enjoy the extra sidewall dimension and the ride being closer to my OEM 17" wheels and tires.
For anyone in the SF Bay area who would like to have two 225/40x18 Yokohama AVS ES 100 tires for their TT, they are at Malugani Tire in Mill Valley, California. They have a lot of tread remaining and can be available for a reasonable price. Used tires sell in the $30+ range. I did not want to bother storing them or putting them on eBay, so I let them at the tire shop for sale as used tires.
