Mean and cruel? Puhlease!!!! Performing lewd acts in a residential area is mean and cruel! Pissing on the sidewalk in my neighborhood is inconsiderate.
Lemme tell you, once you have experienced being out of the comfy nest of mom and dad, and are paying for your own place and your own car, you may feel differently about what people do near it. I have three rules:
No loud music
No drugs
And under no circumstances will there be bush sex near my apartment. Whether it be solo, same sex, a gang bang or straight sex. I do not discriminate.

I know Ivan. And the guys who come to these clubs aren't looked very favorably upon (that's a nice way to put it) by the gay men who LIVE in the neighborhood, all of whom have signed a petition in the neighborhood against RAGE being a nuisance.
These clubs attract tourists and people who don't live in West Hollywood for the most part, so they don't care about coming here and trashing it, since they don't see the damage they do in the daytime. And this is a beautiful neighborhood with high rent apartments and houses up over a million dollars.
