Stopped by Radio Shack & the sales guy says, "can I check out your TT?"
"Sure".
"Does this one have adjustable tint?"
"Huh?"
"You know...so you can make it darker or lighter with the turn of a dial"
Has anyone EVER heard about this???? Probably mucho dinero!!!

I am sure the stuff exists, but...
I mean, the guy does work at Radio Shack - common!
wait...oh yeah!, I used to work there for about 3 months after getting out of the Marines.
pffft! Retail!?!

All the windows/doors I have seen go from clear to a white/opaque(sp). Do they really have glass that can fade to black?? This is my main question.

though.. The stuff I saw had a dash mounted dial that allowed you to control light level. From black to transparent. I tried to find who sold it in Canada and no tint guys had heard of it.

Last week I raced one of thos dudes. He had a Type-R dropped into a 92 Civic with a Vtec added too. At 130 MPH, his engine resulted in NOT-surviving a shrapnel shower from a blown valve. The engine is toast. Only problem is that I have to work with the guy everyday. I just feel really bad, but it is kinda funny...he only had 4k on that engine.
