No power to fuel pump fuse??

No power to fuel pump fuse??
Need some help here, I bought a 2001 tt 225, that threw a rod and has been sitting since 2005, the engine has been rebuilt and I get no fuel, their is no power to the fuel pump fuse, I have checked the relay with another and still no power. I know the ecu will send power to the fuel pump, but it should also at least prime when you turn on the key and I get nothing at all?
