I took off my wheels today. was going to paint the calipers. I noticed that there seems to be an area for a set screw to hold the rotor to the hub...turning the rotor i noticed. See image.
Now Ive been driving like this, the dealer changed the brakes about 7k ago. Should i put in a set screw. could that be causing the noise i hear while driving? any tips on removing that screw.

As Jeff said, not really required but with dual drilled wheels, and spacers it's nice to at least have one component that doesn't spin and unalign all of the holes ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
