Default Noise coming from inside of passengers side trunk area...

I thought that it was the privacy shelf, but finally got around to removing it. While riding with my rear seats down I hear this incessant rattling coming from the inside of the passengers side trunk area. Sounds like it is inside the car somewhere. Anyone have any ideas? Also there is a creaking sound when I drive (especially over bumps) on the drivers side near the head area on the headliner above the window.

Default No, I let her out already, but it sounds like she knocked something loose inside the car in the

passenger's trunk area. Near where the sub is almost.

Default I'd suspect the passenger door; have it adjusted...

It's really hard to pinpoint the location by ear.

Default Good news and bad news...

The bad news is that my dealer and I have been chasing this for about 18 months now.

The good news is they have minimized, but not totally eliminated it by use of foam weatherstrip under the trim pieces.

Basically the rear hatch area of the car just flexes, and the trim pieces crackle and squeak as it does so. No workaround yet, but I can make my dealer futz with it for another 18 months yet if I so choose to. :-)

Default YES!! This sounds like it maybe. But sometimes it seems more from the side.

I will MAKE them fix it. My car was hit on that side, and either they or the body shop will have to figure it out. Does it also make your passengers door sound like it doesn't quite thud like the other, instead making a similar sound?
