Default Most think this matches best because of the white light and close needle.................

Default You can change the bulb in most aftermarket gauges..>>>

Red tinted bulbs are usually pretty easy to find at AutoZone or the like.

Default But if you put it in the center vent, some like this because it matches the center.......

Grey, how hard is it to install a VDO Boost gauge? How long?

Default Took me about 3 hours... although most of that time was searching for wire.

probably about 1.5 hours. You need to make sure you have torx 25 bits, 10mm socket, 3 to 4 feet of 14 or 16 gauge wire, 6 to 7 feet of vaccuum hose, a T fitting, clamps, wiring attatchments (spade connectors etc...).

Getting the lower dash out and back in is the biggest pain in the *** about it. Wiring is easy, just ground it and tap into the light blue wire on the headlight switch. If you need help on dismanteling the vent or anything, I made a bunch of threads in which those questions were answered for me yesterday.

Default That is pretty sweet, but the needle matches just fine... it's the backlighting on the numbers

that's WAY off and looks really ugly IMHO.

Default Personally, I'm going with the Delfi in the center vent..............

just purchased one of Steve's adapters. I may also try and doctor the needle, we'll see when it comes. AWE is nice but a bit pricey and smaller than most.
