If it's a logo, it's a start.,,get rid of the Lead>follow and the arrow...maybe want to deboss the TT and the Audi..A good rule of thumb for a logo is that you will instantly associate it with the product. The simpler the better (ie the rings)
If it's a crest, maybe look at the old German crests. They aren't trying to say something, they are trying to depict something.

Those colors and shape kinda remind me of this...
