Default Noticed this last night in my rearview mirror...>>

that when I floored it (had a WRX in my mirror and spanked him) there seemed to be a little bit of smoke out of the back end of my car. Looked like water vapor. Is this normal with a turbocharged car? I was pretty surprised that I so easily beat a WRX. Wasn't much of an effort really, looked like he was really laboring to catch up, and I have a FWD 180!

Default you probably got the jump on him, they're pretty quick...

you probably blew smoke from being rich coming on to boost.

Default you sure it was a WRX and not an Impreza 2.5?

They look the same but one has the turbocharged engine. My roommate has a WRX and unmodified he took me even after launching.

The 2.5's are slow................

Default WRXs have terrible AWD loss. They are pretty slow on the highway.

Stock I have seen them trap in the 15.5 range, down to a 14.5. All depends on the driver.
