Most states allow pretty much any combination of letters and numbers up to the state-permitted maximum (varies by state,7 in Florida), as long as it's not deemed offensive. You couldn't have H0TTUB in CT.
It is all letters

I know HoTTub isn't in CT, but different states have different rules.
