MY oem HID ballast actually bolted to the car under the headlight instead of to the headlight shell.I don't know if it can be removed withoutaking out the light (and consequently removing the whole front end).

or can i still reach the connector and change the aftermarket ballast and leave the stock HID ballast in it ??

any help would really appreciate .

you have to pull the front end and headlight.
I had to move the ballast when I installed my cold air intake... that's the only wat to get to the drivers side one.

I'd imagine the passenger side is the same.

but can i just leave the oem ballast in it and install the aftermarket one ?


so , now the question is if possible to reach the connector without having take the front end off ?
