I love the look of the OEM insert in the Raffi **** that SaltLakeSilverTT posted a few weeks ago. I'm wondering if he or anyone else can tell me the best way to remove that insert from the OEM **** without buggering it?

Be careful not to melt or scratch the bottom of the insert. I kinda buggered the shift **** up a little but I didn't care because it was already scratched. Take your time and be careful its worth it.

Thanks. Are we just talking about the black center portion and not the surrounding dimpled ring as well? The ring is scratched on mine as well, and I couldn't care less about inflicting damage on that.
