Ok, back to business. I got parts and put everything together. After all it seams that problem was broken PCV valve. I put bottle end of the ventilation hose which normally goes to the intake. I have now driven ~150km and there isn't even a drop of oil in it. Also exhaust is "clean". I test old PCV again with my mouth and I got it jamming even like that. So most probably PVC was jamming and sometimes pressure got it to the ventilation system. This caused one broken turbo. Oil didn't get out of turbo bearings because of pressure in crank case. Turbo broke down when I was accelerating on airport (1,6km).
