about $60-$70 on Ebay, down from $150 retail. It was the only one I could find that had solid positive reviews. Been using it for about a months and 1/2 now and like it very much. No one has ever complained except my girlfriend regarding sound quality, but honestly I think it is because calls with her last a lot longer, and its more the phone service that gets spotty at time.
I have the T-Mobile MDA (same as the Cingular Windows Mobile phone), and my dad has a Treo 650, we both have the same unit. He replaced his "Treo" brand with this and could not be happier, I never even know he is on a headset.
I do believe strongly that some headsets works well with some phones. My MDA is pretty good with most headsets, I think other people have better luck then I do, but I think it has to do with phone selection.

Read some reviews and the older BT250 actually seems to get rated higher. HUGE battery life too! Found one new for $30...
