Both statements are true if engine is off.

Default Not #2.. I installed a boost gauge prior to getting the DV to make sure it

did something, and it does.. When I get on the throttle hard, the boost peaks then drops off.. The difference between the stock and Forge was when the boost dropped after peaking.. The stock valve dropped a little faster then the forge.. Is that what most people consider holding boost better?
