Re: without the Z1.. the polish doesn't last long..

about 2 weeks. You can opt for multiple Z5 after the Z2. I hear the ZFX is as good as the Z1 but I have not used it.

Never used the Z1 but the ZFX works really well, you can do 3 or 4 coats a day.
