Default One more update on the Forge DV ...

my last update on this issue stated my car was chocking and wasnt smooth during throttle lift. I have found out the problem, and it was NOT due the faulty Forge DV, but due to the folded vacumn tube on top of the DV. The tube was somehow shifted and folded. That folded vacumn tube didnt provide enough vacumn to make the valve open during throttle lift off therefore the pressure was not releasting properly. At the same time, this folded vacumn tube wrongly made the turbo boost much higher making the throttle too responsive and boost too sensitive.

now i have straightened out all tubings and checked all tubes are not leaking. the car is now back to healthy : )

Sorry for accusing the fault was the worn Forge DV. but i knew it must be DV related.
