Default One of my keys is being funky.

Okay...

I got 3 keys with my TT, the valet key and two flipper keys.

I tried the second flipper key because the range on my normal key is pretttty weak.

I walk out to start my car with the second key and my car starts, but it idles really high and the little immobilizer light is flashing, I turn it off and back on again and then it starts and dies (like it should if someone tried to use the wrong key)

Is there a way to program the second key so I can start using that one?

Thanks guys.

I think that is something the Stealer has to perform.

Change batteries first. Ockham's Razor.

I don't think he was talking about the remote, but rather the electronic signature in the key itself

Default Battery? Where?

I've opened this thing and I've never seen a battery.

Yup. Ockham's Razor. Change it first. Or rather, ADD a battery.

The key is not an inductive device. It is powered from within the fob.

Interesting, I had thought the imprint was magnetically encoded on the key.
