Default Opinions of (or better yet, *experiences* with) Laser Jammers?

<you knew this was coming, right?>

I did a very quick search and see that there are indeed several models of laser jammers (that state they're legal) out there.

Anyone ever use one? Know if they actually work? Any info at all?

Default cheap laser jammers are generally useless, theres alot of good

online reviews about them. I wouldnt waste money on them. However alot of laser tickets can be fought because not all the 5"O" keep their laser guns properly calibrated, so this leaves room for error, and the possibility of getting the ticket thrown out. With that being said my worst ticket was a laser one. Cop got me from almost a mile away, theyve got telescopic sights on top of their laser guns up here.

Default their suppose to keep a record of its most recent calibration either with the

unit or at the copshop, but like anybody in life even the fuzz can get alittle lazy. Improper calibration is the only way I have heard of getting off these kind of tickets as the beam is very narrow even at extreme range unlike K or X band which gets real wide and can hit several vehicles at once..
